DAY 1: Thursday, July 23
Marvel’s Wolverine – Deep Cuts Panel
In Hall H, Insomniac Games surprised fans with a brand-new story trailer for Marvel’s Wolverine, which opened with a confrontation between an enraged Logan and Jean Grey. The new trailer also spotlighted some of the game’s foes, like the Hand in their trademark red garb, as well as Deathstrike, who serves as one the story’s big bads. But that’s not all! Fans can also get up to speed on the narrative events leading up to Marvel’s Wolverine main story with a prequel comic written by Insomniac Games’ Narrative Director Walt Williams with beautiful art by Luke Ross and a stunning cover by Iban Coello.

MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls — Behind the Battle Panel
You heard it here folks, Phoenix Cyclops (voiced by Ray Chase) will be the first additional character joining MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls as part of the game’s Year 1 plan! Inspired by his Phoenix Five incarnation in AVENGERS VS. X-MEN (2012), this version of Cyclops sports a bold new look infused with the fiery cosmic power of the Phoenix Force. Game producer Takeshi Yamanaka and localization director Amber Seitz, both from Arc System Works, also discussed the game’s high-octane anime opening, combining the spirit of classic fighting games with the charm and energy of beloved anime openings from the early 2000s.

Marvel Comics: Avengers: Armageddon Panel
Armageddon has fallen upon the Marvel Universe and a bold new age awaits the survivors! Writers Chip Zdarsky and Joshua Williamson took to the stage to tease the future of the Marvel Universe, from Zdarsky’s upcoming AVENGERS (2026) run to the newly announced MAXIMUM X-MEN (2026) series by Christopher Yost and Tony S. Daniel. Two new story arcs are also headed to the ongoing IRON MAN (2026) series by Williamson, which will ship twice a month with alternating story arcs and artists beginning with ‘The Incarcerated Iron Man’ in IRON MAN #12, leading up to IRON MAN #700 in March 2027.

“The journey to our epic IRON MAN #700 anniversary issue is so big that we had to split the book into two and double ship it,” continues Williamson. “Our amazing series artist Carmen Carnero will handle the even-numbered issues where Tony Stark is in prison. While the odd-numbered issues are taken over by the ‘War Machines.’ James ‘Rhodey’ Rhodes puts together a new team of Armored Warriors to help take down Madame Masque, Adam Ware, and the new A.I.M. while Tony is locked up. For those issues we’re joined by my old partner in crime, Gleb Melnikov! I feel lucky to have two amazing artists on my team during this action-packed story!”

DAY 2: Friday, July 24
Marvel Rivals – Ignite the Summer Panel
NetEase Games and Marvel Games made a series of Marvel Rivals announcements, spotlighting upcoming game content, collaborations, and more coming in 2026! As the critically-acclaimed Super Hero Team-Based PVP Shooter continues to roll out new game modes inspired by Marvel Studios’ Avengers movies, fans got a first look at the new Path to Doomsday – Avengers: Age of Ultron PVE mode launching on July 30! Inspired by the film of the same name, players will battle as Avengers Super Heroes against Ultron’s army, fighting through Avengers Tower and Ultron’s Data Space.

As part of the Marvel Assemble! campaign by Disney Consumer Products, fans are invited to celebrate Marvel’s legendary team of Super Heroes and epic storytelling with products inspired by Marvel Rivals! Marvel Comics: Next Big Thing Panel
The world’s mightiest comic book creators took to the stage to tease the future of the Marvel Universe! Spinning out of this summer’s cosmic event, QUEEN IN BLACK (2026), both Mary Jane Watson and Venom turn a new page in their respective FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD MARY JANE and VENOM series this fall. But that’s not all! PREDATOR VS. PUNISHER, a four-issue series by Frank Tieri and Jesús Saíz pits the galaxy’s deadliest hunter against Marvel’s most relentless vigilante. This November, Frank Castle and the Predator face off in a collision that pushes both legendary hunters to their absolute limits!

“This is the series that’ll answer the age-old question of who is pop culture’s greatest killing machine,” Tieri teased. “Now, fans know I’ve written the Punisher before—in everything from PUNISHER NOIR to the legendary SPACE: PUNISHER—but this is the first time I’m actually tackling the Predator. And as a teen who was front row glued to his seat in the theaters as Arnold yelled ‘Get to the Choppa!’ pitting these two against each other is especially a thrill for me.”
